The REIT completed this capital increase with the subscription of 7,836,517 new shares for an effective amount of 16,456,799 euros, including the issue premium. As a result, DOMO ACTIVOS intends to continue purchasing assets in which to develop buildings for rental operations.
The new shares were issued with an issue premium of 0.10 euros per share. The subscription price for each new share was 2.10 euros. After this operation, the company’s share capital stood at 27,733,142 euros.
The capital increase resolution adopted by the General Meeting of Shareholders of the REIT was executed by the company’s Board of Directors on 11 March, along with a three-period timeline: the first, preferential subscription, lasting one month, followed by an additional one and a final discretionary period ending on 30 April.
DOMO ACTIVOS, the leading REIT developer on the Spanish market, is not limited to acquiring finished urban properties suitable for immediate rental.
