On 23 June 2020, the company’s Board of Directors agreed to pay a dividend for the 2020 fiscal year in the amount of 0.27 euros gross per share, derived from the sale of the 80-unit building to Catella. This pushes up the timeline for making dividend payments and is a result of the decision to exit the REIT regime, which allowed the Company to sell the asset without having to keep it for at least 3 years under a rental regime. This reinforces the strategic decision of the General Shareholders’ Meeting to opt out of the REIT tax regime.
On 20 October 2020, the Company stopped trading on BME Growth as a REIT and began trading in the Real Estate Services section.
