Residential building with 37 homes above ground and 58 parking spaces, located in the city of Malaga, a few meters away from Paseo Marítimo Antonio Banderas.

The plot was awarded after the public tender issued by the Malaga City Council for the sale of this asset. In February 2020, Domo Activos acquired an undivided share of 55% of the plot, having purchased the remaining 45% in May 2019 at a public auction of State-owned land.

Work has already commenced to build and market the homes.
