Some are located between Cavanilles, Valderribas, Dr. Esquerdo and Sánchez Barcaiztegui streets. The others border on Dr. Esquerdo, Granada, Valderribas to the north and Sánchez Barcaiztegui streets. In them, a total of 216 homes will be developed, 7 of them single-family homes.
In addition to the proximity to the city’s main thoroughfares, this area benefits from its proximity to the Atocha Station, with commuter, medium-distance and long-distance rail services. The area is also served by multiple EMT bus lines and the Madrid Metro.
The Company signed a contract to sell this asset in October 2020.
