The Issuer’s business model involves the acquisition and development of real estate for lease and sale, the purchase of land for the construction of houses, hotels, tourist apartments, for lease or sale, the purchase and development of urban real estate for lease and/or sale, specializing in the development of residential buildings for Build-to-Rent (BTR) operations.
The management of the company has been entrusted to Domo Gestora de Viviendas
The Company has assumed the statutory obligation to pay out at least 60% of the distributable profits, thereby offering investors a chance to participate in the real estate market and in the development value chain, while also providing them the opportunity to benefit from the commercial operation of the properties purchased or developed.
Since its founding in June 2015, the company has developed and sold one residential building and acquired and transferred the rights to an office building. It is currently developing another residential building in Malaga and actively looking for new assets in which to invest and expand its development potential.
